We visited SAJAM GAST 2020

Sajam Gast is an international fair which brings together restaurant owners, hotel and family hotels, small renters and catering establishments from all over Dalmatia. It displays meat products, equipment for the meat industry and butcher, milk products, mineral water and natural, coffee and coffee substitutes, decaffeinated coffee and drinks and much more.

Preparation of olive oil

 In February we worked on labels, packaging and product presentation. The olives are from our school garden. Students take care of them
